Description
Papo Panda & Baby
This mother Panda lovingly carries her cub on her back. Often twins are born but only one survives and they normally have cubs every two years so the Panda Bear population is dwindling and they are classified as vulnerable. In zoos they often take the second baby when twins are born and raise it by hand to help save them from extinction. They need several varieties of bamboo to survive which is their main diet but will feed on fish, meat and eggs if easily available. Their distinct black and white coloring make them the most recognized bear and one of the most popular. As people move in their habitat is shrinking and they are struggling to survive.
Our Panda Bear is about 4.5 inches long and is about 2.5 inches tall including the baby. They are about 1.5 inches wide. They are looking for a home.
